Baseline Assessment



Once you have forwarded your registration information, you will be contacted to schedule a Baseline Assessment.  The purpose of this meeting is to 1) get acquainted; 2) have the opportunity to discuss your training goals and interests; 3) obtain information regarding training program options and have any questions answered; 4) I will take specific measurements to establish a baseline assessment of physical parameters related to your athletic potential.  These will include (but may not be limited to) the following:  

*Posture
*Body Composition
*Movement Patterns
*Flexibility
*Balance
*Agility
*Coordination
*Physique Proportions
*Muscle Girth
*Cardio-respiratory Endurance
*Strength
*Power

Afterward, I will share my observations with you, including my recommendations, and you will have the opportunity to receive answers to any further questions that you might have.
