If you want to get in shape, Boot Camp Fitness is the way to do it!  I have designed these programs to create RESULTS - quickly. Boot camp fitness is not just a program- it's a way of life.  Term:  4 weeks, 3 sessions /week.



Private/Corporate boot camps work exactly like our traditional boot camp programs, but in a smaller group setting. Get a small group of friends, family, or coworkers together and we'll come to you!  Term:  negotiable.



Interested in a Boot Camp workout, but don't have a local option? No Problem! We'll bring our Boot Camp Blast program to YOUR town! Just tell us who, where, and when!



Prefer one-on-one personal training? You're in luck:  I also offer personal fitness training! You'll get all the benefits of a superior, progressive athletic training program that is truly customized to help you achieve your individualized training goals and needs.
